Responsibilities

- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Claim Center Business Analyst with 05+ years of P&C; Domain experience.
- Hands on experience of working on projects implemented using Agile methodologies.
- Experience of interacting with Business stakeholders and IT stakeholders to understand the requirements and translate them into functional requirements that can be used by Development and Testing Teams
- Experience in writing User Stories, Acceptance criteria in the Gherkin language .
- Experience of Testing (User Acceptance Testing) is needed.
- Must possess good communication and analytical skills.
- Problem solving and facilitation skills.
- Should have experience of working independently with minimal guidance from leads / managers.
- Hands on experience of the Guidewire Policy and Claims Centers. Has Knowledge on the API's, Application Development and Microservices
- Guidewire Analyst certification is added advantage.
