We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive to manage front desk operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage front desk activities, including visitor registrations and appointments.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure proper arrangements.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure adherence to company protocols.
- Provide information regarding company services and direct guests to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Maintain reception and waiting areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Support administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry,



and office coordination.
- Address guest concerns or queries promptly and professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Reception, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle guests with patience, courtesy, and professionalism.
