Role Description The Guest Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for creating a welcoming and qualified experience for visitors and clients.



Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, managing reception activities, handling inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, and coordinating appointments or site visits. The role involves maintaining accurate visitor records, providing information about ongoing projects, and supporting the sales team by directing prospective customers to the appropriate representatives.
