Role Description The Guest Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role involves welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

The Guest Relations

Executive will handle inquiries, guide guests through screening procedures, coordinate appointments, and provide clear information about services. Daily tasks include responding to phone and in-person queries, supporting basic administrative processes, and collaborating with clinical and operations teams to maintain a positive visitor experience.



The role also includes promoting NURA’s services, assisting with bookings, and maintaining a professional and courteous workplace at all times.

Qualifications

- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and respectful experience for all visitors.

- Clear and confident Communication abilities to handle in-person, phone, and digital interactions effectively.

- Experience with Receptionist Duties, including front desk management, appointment handling, and basic administrative tasks.

- Sales skills to promote services, support bookings, and assist guests in understanding available screening packages.

- Professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm and organized in a busy environment.

- Proficiency with basic computer applications and appointment scheduling systems.

- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

- Relevant diploma or degree, and fluency in English and local languages preferred.
