We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to provide an excellent guest experience at our hospitality property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Assist guests with enquiries, reservations, and basic requests.
- Ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant experience.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and inform the concerned team when required.
- Coordinate with F&B;, Front Office, and other departments.
- Maintain guest records and follow up on special requests.
- Ensure proper grooming and skilled appearance at all times.
- Support daily operations and maintain high customer service standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or guest relations is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude can also apply.
- Good English and communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Customer-service oriented and able to handle guests confidently.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
