Position: Guest House Attendant

Location: VISTAS, Pallavaram Campus

Employment Type: Full Time (Residential)

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms, bathrooms, lobby, and common areas.
- Prepare rooms for guest arrival (bed making, linen change, amenities placement).
- Attend to guest requests politely and promptly.
- Maintain and replenish room supplies (toiletries, towels, water bottles, etc.).
- Assist in check-in and check-out support as required.
- Report maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, furniture) to the supervisor.
- Handle laundry coordination (washing, ironing, folding of linen).
- Maintain records related to room occupancy and housekeeping checklist.

Requirements
- Must stay within the guest house / staff accommodation.
- Available for emergency or late check-ins as per duty roster.

- Minimum education: 10th Standard
- Experience: 0–3 years in guest house / hotel / hostel / housekeeping (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping practices and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to communicate in Tamil, basic English preferred.

Age Limit Typically 30–45 years
