We run outbound at scale: 500+ LinkedIn accounts on automation, cold email across dozens of domains, WhatsApp automation on Interakt, Clay pipelines feeding all of it, paid media on Meta/Google/LinkedIn. Two businesses run on the same engine — a B2B digital marketing agency and a staffing firm placing talent with US companies.

You build the machine other people sell through. Not an SDR, not a marketer.

What you'll own

- Clay pipelines — waterfall enrichment, HTTP API columns, claygent, webhooks. Job-opening scrapes, hiring signals, decision-maker identification, scoring.
- Custom scrapers and scripts when Clay can't do it. Python or JS, headless browsers, unofficial APIs. Use Claude Code or Cursor — we care that it ships, not that you typed it.
- Agentic workflows — Hermes Agent, n8n, MCP, custom tool-calling loops. Lead qualification, reply triage, pre-call research, list QA. You design them and own the guardrails.
- Sending infrastructure — domains, inboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup, rotation, blacklist monitoring. When volume drops you find out why.
- LLM personalization that survives a human read, with a kill switch for anything that reads like slop.
- Reporting — cost per qualified reply by campaign, offer, and list.
- 3–5 current plays live per month,



each with a hypothesis and a decision at the end.

Requirements
- Advanced Clay. "I've built a few enrichment tables" isn't enough.
- Working Python or JS — APIs, webhooks, JSON. No CS degree needed; shipped work required.
- LLM tooling as a daily driver. Prompting as engineering, not vibes.
- Cold email and LinkedIn mechanics from the inside: why domains burn, what a healthy reply rate looks like.

Nice to have: multi-account LinkedIn automation, WhatsApp Business API, paid media and conversion tracking, recruiting outbound, copy we don't have to rewrite.

First 90 days

1. Stabilize the existing Clay and sending infrastructure.
2. Ship three new outbound plays end to end.
3. Automate one workflow a person currently does by hand.
4. Stand up cost-per-qualified-reply reporting.
