About the Role

We are looking for customer-focused and tech-savvy Guest Enquiry Specialists to manage incoming reservations, guest inquiries, and digital communications across multiple channels. This is an inbound role focused on delivering warm, prompt, and helpful assistance to potential and confirmed guests.

Open Positions & Language Profiles

- Position 1 (Regional Focus): Fluent in Hindi & Gujarati with basic functional English.
- Position 2 (Fluent Focus): Strong verbal and written fluency in English & Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

- Multi-Channel Inbound Support: Respond promptly and professionally to prospective guest queries across Calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, and Email.
- Reservations & PMS Operations: Record and manage bookings, guest data, room availability,



and guest requests directly within the Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Consultation: Provide accurate details on packages, pricing, amenities, and policies in a polite and consultative manner.
- Coordination & Follow-ups: Coordinate with operational teams to fulfill special guest requirements and ensure smooth pre-arrival communication.

Candidate Requirements

- Communication: Courteous, articulate, and customer-oriented tone across written and spoken interactions.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable handling social media inboxes (Meta Suite), WhatsApp Business, email correspondence, and software dashboards.
- PMS Knowledge: Prior experience with hotel/hospitality PMS software is a strong advantage (training provided for candidates with strong aptitude).
- Experience: 0-3 years in front desk, hospitality, guest relations, or premium inbound customer support.
