Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize lead generation, enrichment, scoring, routing, and qualification processes.

- Integrate CRM, marketing, sales, and other GTM tools using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.

- Build and maintain data enrichment workflows to ensure accurate and high-quality prospect and customer data.

- Manage and optimize CRM workflows, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and data processes.

- Develop automated outbound and follow-up systems to improve sales productivity and response times.

- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Leadership teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Build dashboards and reports to monitor pipeline performance, conversion rates, workflow efficiency, and GTM KPIs.

- Build and manage scalable B2B lead generation and prospecting workflows to identify potential clients and decision-makers.

- Use lead generation and data intelligence platforms such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and similar tools to build targeted prospect lists.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.

- Experience in GTM Operations, RevOps, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Automation, or a similar technical role.





- Strong understanding of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.

- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.

- Good knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

- Working knowledge of SQL and/or scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.

- Experience with data enrichment and prospecting tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms is preferred.

- Understanding of B2B sales funnels, lead lifecycle, pipeline management, and GTM processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI tools, AI agents, and AI-powered workflow automation.

- Experience in SaaS, IT services, or a B2B technology setting.

- Knowledge of email outreach infrastructure and deliverability.

- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
