Nynii is building India's trusted on-demand home services platform, connecting families with verified professionals for house help, cooks, caregivers, babysitters, cleaners, and more.

We're looking for a Growth & Strategy Intern to work closely with the Founder and leadership team on customer acquisition, growth experiments, market research, partnerships, and business strategy .

? Key Responsibilities

- Research markets, customers, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Identify new channels for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Support online and offline growth campaigns.
- Assist with customer acquisition across digital, field, community, and referral channels.
- Analyse bookings, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Develop and test growth ideas and experiments.
- Support partnerships with societies, RWAs, businesses, and local communities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business insights.
- Work with Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, and Business Development teams.
- Identify business and operational gaps and recommend solutions.
- Take ownership of growth projects from idea → execution → measurement .

? What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Strong interest in startups, growth, strategy, and business.
- Comfortable working with numbers, research, and spreadsheets.
- Curious, proactive, and willing to experiment.




- Strong ownership and execution mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

? Preferred Skills Google Sheets / Excel • Market Research • Data Analysis • Digital Marketing • Social Media • Customer Acquisition • Business Development • Canva / Figma • ChatGPT & AI Tools

Previous experience in growth, marketing, sales, startups, consulting, or entrepreneurship is a plus.
