Role Description The Growth and Social Media Intern will support the team in expanding Shava Studios’ online presence and community engagement. This internship role is on-site and based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with social media content planning, drafting posts, scheduling updates, and monitoring engagement across platforms.

The intern will help track performance metrics, conduct basic competitor and audience research, and suggest ideas to improve reach and interaction.



Additional tasks may include coordinating with the creative team for assets, helping with campaign execution, and supporting ad-hoc marketing and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Robust interest in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and emerging content trends.
- Basic skills in content creation and copywriting, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Foundational understanding of digital marketing concepts such as engagement, reach, and audience targeting.
- Comfort with using online tools for scheduling posts, tracking analytics, and managing community interactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate within a team, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity about AI, creative technologies, and the creator economy; prior experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or media is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Business is preferred.
