We are looking for a responsible person to take care of the day-to-day operations of the property.

Main Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist them during check-in and throughout their stay.
- Ensure the property, rooms, beds and surroundings are clean and well maintained.
- Check the property properly after guest checkout.
- Take care of basic property needs, including gardening and coordinating maintenance when required.
- Be available to handle guest requirements and property-related issues.
- Manage customer enquiries received through WhatsApp and help convert them into bookings.
- Maintain and follow up with potential customer leads.
- Wear the official Booking Mate uniform while on duty.

Overall, the person should take responsibility for the property, guests and basic booking enquiries and ensure everything runs smoothly. Salary: ₹20,000 per month + accommodation (if staying at the property).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
