Role Description The Growth & Sales Operations Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for driving client acquisition, optimizing sales processes, and supporting revenue growth. This role oversees the end-to-end sales funnel, including lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, and conversion tracking for architectural and planning services.

Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, creating performance dashboards, refining workflows, and coordinating with the design and project teams to ensure timely proposals and follow-ups. The individual will develop and implement growth strategies, manage key client relationships,



and support marketing initiatives that enhance the firm’s visibility in target markets. This role also involves preparing reports for leadership, standardizing sales documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in sales operations, business development, or growth strategy, preferably in professional services or the built environment sector.
- Strong skills in data analysis, CRM or pipeline management tools, and creating performance dashboards or reports.
- Ability to design and refine sales processes, documentation standards, and workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage prospective and existing clients.
- Solid organizational and project coordination abilities, including managing multiple leads, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Planning, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site, collaborative work in a design studio workplace and readiness to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the architecture, design, or construction industry in India is highly desirable.
