Role Summary
TrueAlpha is launching the Founders Fellowship Program, a premium 3-month fundraising and storytelling program for aspiring founders and next-gen entrepreneurs, priced at a premium and built to become the go-to credential for founders raising capital in India. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own the full enrollment funnel for the Fellowship — from audience-building to lead generation to conversion — working directly with the Founding Partner. Success in this role looks like a predictable, repeatable pipeline of qualified applicants for each cohort, built on a mix of organic content and paid acquisition.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thinks like a growth hacker first and a marketer second — comfortable building funnels from scratch, testing channels fast, and getting hands-on with sales conversations when needed. Open to both full time and part-time arrangements for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Design and build the end-to-end enrollment funnel for the Fellowship, from awareness to application to paid conversion
- Grow and convert TrueAlpha's existing LinkedIn audience into Fellowship applicants
- Identify, test, and scale additional channels — Facebook, Google, and YouTube — including running paid campaigns (budget available)
- Drive content development across channels to build a larger top-of-funnel audience for TrueAlpha and the Fellowship
- Track funnel metrics closely (CAC, conversion rates by channel/stage) and iterate based on data
- Where needed, directly engage prospective participants to move them through the funnel and close enrollments
- Work closely with the Founding Partner on positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy for each cohort launch
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a sales/growth hybrid role
- Demonstrated experience building or running a marketing/sales funnel — LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable owning both the marketing and sales side of a funnel, not just top-of-funnel awareness
- Strong bonus: prior experience in education/edtech sales, especially selling premium or high-ticket programs
- Data-driven — comfortable working with funnel metrics and campaign dashboards
- Strong written communication skills for content and campaign copy
- Self-starter, comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
