We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to help build our brand, generate demand and turn marketing into measurable business growth.

This is a hands on startup role where you'll work closely with our sales and technical teams.

What you'll do

- Build and execute growth marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Work closely with sales to generate qualified B2B leads and opportunities
- Develop our SEO and AEO strategy to increase visibility across Google and AI search
- Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms
- Create and coordinate short form video and social content
- Develop campaigns around our AI products, services and solutions
- Research trends, audiences and current growth opportunities
- Improve website visibility, content and conversion
- Track marketing performance and continuously test what works
- Help build the Ayro AI brand from the ground up

What we're looking for 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing or a similar role.
