Gecko Med crossed 20,000+ downloads in under two months.

We’re now building the repeatable content, creator and campaign engine behind our next stage of growth — and we’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing & Content Manager to help shape it.

This is not a role for someone who only maintains a content calendar or passes briefs between teams. You will understand our audience, turn insights into campaigns, coordinate the people needed to create them, publish and test consistently, and learn from what performs.

? WHAT YOU’LL OWN

- Build and run Gecko Med’s organic content system across our key channels
- Turn audience insights, product launches, offers and exam moments into strong campaign ideas
- Work with our in-house and external creative teams to produce posts, short-form videos and campaign assets
- Plan, publish and review content performance — then use those learnings to improve the next cycle
- Experiment with UGC formats and build repeatable creator-led content pipelines
- Find, evaluate and coordinate Instagram and YouTube creators for launches and collaborations
- Support Meta and YouTube campaign testing through better concepts, hooks, briefs and creative iterations
- Connect content and campaign work to meaningful outcomes such as installs, subscriptions and qualified interest

✨ WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Around 2–4 years of hands-on experience in content, social media, growth or digital marketing
- Strong writing, creative judgement and an instinct for what makes people stop, care and act




- Evidence that you have personally owned campaigns or content systems — not only assisted with them
- Comfortable working with creatives, creators and multiple moving parts
- Able to read performance signals and turn them into practical creative decisions
- Curious, resourceful, coachable and willing to execute — not just strategise
- Clear written and spoken English
- Available to work full time, on-site in Coimbatore

Experience with consumer brands, digital products, education, healthcare, UGC, influencer partnerships or paid social is useful.

You do not need to have done all of them. We care more about ownership, judgement and your ability to learn quickly.
