About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketer with 2–5 years of experience in a product-based or SaaS environment to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should be data-driven, experiment-oriented, and hands-on with performance marketing, funnel optimization, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and growth experiments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies aligned with business and product goals.
- Own and optimize the customer/user acquisition funnel from awareness to conversion and retention.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Identify new growth opportunities across paid, organic, referral, partnership, email, and lifecycle channels.
- Conduct A/B testing and growth experiments across landing pages, campaigns, creatives, messaging, and conversion journeys.
- Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and other growth metrics.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Design, Content, and Engineering teams to improve acquisition and conversion.
- Develop customer segments and personas and create targeted campaigns for different user cohorts.
- Build and optimize lead-generation and product-led growth initiatives.
- Develop lifecycle campaigns for activation, engagement, upselling, cross-selling, and retention.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging growth channels.
- Create regular growth reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve CAC, conversion rate, retention, and revenue.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing,



Performance Marketing, or Product Marketing.
- Experience working in a SaaS or product-based company is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of growth funnels and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads; LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and marketing analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, landing-page optimization, and experimentation frameworks.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email/lifecycle marketing, and remarketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Good understanding of key SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, MRR/ARR, Churn, Retention, Activation, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Solid communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with HubSpot, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, Clarity, or similar tools.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Exposure to Product-Led Growth (PLG).
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools.
- Experience scaling a SaaS/product from early-stage growth to a larger user base.
- Strong experimentation and hypothesis-driven mindset.
