Job Title: Growth Manager BD Neighborhood Clinics BNPL Health

Experience: 2-4 years

Core Responsibilities:

- Onboarding local / Neighborhood clinics in Dental & Wellness category from designated region / City
- Achieving BD / SPANCO targets through all the clinics present in the city.
- Connecting with the key stakeholders of the clinic and maintaining a cordial relationship for generating further sales.




- Handing over the clinic to Regional KAM / City head for nurturing.
- Closing the deals and documentation, and proper follow up to complete the sales cycle.
- Coordinating with Ops & Marketing to conduct smooth onboarding, transitioning & Collateral placements

Preference and Experience:

- Retail sales and key account management.
- Strong sales skills including - closing skills, motivation, prospecting, planning, selling to customer needs, territory management, market knowledge, presentation skills, energy levels and meeting sales goals.
- Relationship management, strategy development, problem solving and change management skills.
- Qualified and positive approach, self-motivated, strong in building relationship, team player, dynamic, creative with ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
- Business related computer skills.
- Strong business acumen and market orientation skills.
- Self – driven and Target oriented.
