MAG Consultants is a sustainability-focused consultancy helping create smarter, greener, and high-performance buildings . We work on exciting projects across IGBC, GRIHA, and LEED , combining design, technology, and data to make buildings more sustainable.

The Role

We’re looking for a curious, driven fresher who wants to build a career in green buildings and sustainable design.

You’ll work with architects, engineers, and project teams to:

- Support IGBC, GRIHA & LEED certification projects
- Review drawings and designs for sustainability requirements
- Assist with energy, daylight, water, and environmental analysis
- Prepare certification documentation, reports, and presentations
- Develop practical strategies for energy efficiency, water conservation, materials, and indoor environmental quality
- Learn and contribute to real-world sustainable building projects

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science , or a related field




- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is a must
- Interest in green buildings, sustainability, and climate-conscious design
- Basic understanding of building services and sustainable design principles
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with drawings, spreadsheets, presentations, and technical documents
- Freshers are encouraged to apply — curiosity and willingness to learn matter more than years of experience
