Ashma Motors Private Limited is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to join our Marketing & Branding team.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging graphic designs and editing professional video content for our social media platforms, digital campaigns, product promotions, advertisements, and other brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media posts, digital advertisements, banners, and campaign creatives.
- Create brochures, catalogues, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Edit Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, product videos, promotional videos, and corporate videos.
- Edit raw video footage with professional cuts, transitions, text, music, sound effects, and graphics.
- Create engaging short-form video content for social media and digital advertising.
- Perform basic motion graphics, animation, and text effects as required.
- Edit and retouch product photographs for marketing campaigns.
- Create product launch, festival, dealership, recruitment, and promotional creatives.
- Resize and optimize graphics and videos for different social media platforms.
- Maintain consistency in ALFHER's brand identity across all graphics and videos.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to understand campaign and content requirements.
- Manage multiple creative assignments and deliver work within deadlines.

Required Skills




- Minimum 1 year of experience in Graphic Designing and Video Editing.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or similar professional video-editing software.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of video transitions, effects, typography, color correction, and audio synchronization.
- Understanding of social media formats, particularly Reels and Shorts.
- Good sense of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in Automobile, Electric Vehicle, Manufacturing, Advertising Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, or Consumer Brand environments will be preferred.

Experience in creating automotive/EV product creatives and promotional videos will be an added advantage.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must share their Graphic Design Portfolio and Video Editing/Reel Samples along with their CV.

Portfolio / previous work samples are mandatory.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
