Role Overview

Reu Ads is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content for digital marketing, advertising, branding, social media, websites, presentations, and print materials.

The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, good command over professional design tools, and the ability to convert marketing briefs into visually engaging and brand-consistent creatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives, advertising banners, posters, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Create visual content for Meta Ads, Google Display Ads, LinkedIn Ads, websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts based on client briefs, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Create multiple design variations and adapt approved creatives into different sizes and platform specifications.
- Perform image editing, background removal, retouching, colour correction, compositing, and visual enhancement.
- Create illustrations, icons, vector graphics, and other visual design elements.
- Design branding materials including logos, business cards, stationery, company profiles, and brand collateral.
- Work closely with social media, performance marketing, content, web development, and client servicing teams.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, accurate, and consistent with the respective brand identity.
- Maintain proper file organisation, source files, templates, and design assets.
- Prepare designs for both digital and print production.
- Make revisions based on internal and client feedback within agreed timelines.
- Stay updated with current trends in graphic design, advertising,



social media, and digital content.

Required Software Knowledge

Strong working knowledge of

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator

Knowledge of the following will be an advantage:

- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Canva
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- AI-assisted image creation and design tools

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design capabilities.
- Valuable understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert them into effective visual communication.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to accept feedback and make revisions efficiently.

Preferred Experience Experience in the following areas will be an advantage:

- Advertising or digital marketing agency.
- Social media creative design.

- Branding and corporate identity.
- Website and landing page visual design.
- Healthcare, hospitality, education, real estate, or corporate advertising.
- Photo editing and image manipulation.
