Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Mandi.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts and design assets for digital and print media, including logos, brand materials, social media graphics, marketing collateral, and presentations. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements, developing design ideas and iterations, refining typography and layouts, and ensuring brand consistency across all design outputs. The role also involves preparing final files for production, maintaining organized design libraries, and staying informed about current design trends and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear visual outputs.




- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for both digital and print media.
- Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to take projects from concept to completion.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding and logo projects.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut for editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, ads), alongside basic motion graphics skills in Adobe After Effects.
- 3D Visuals: Basic experience with 3D modeling or rendering tools (Spline, Blender) for product mockups and visual identity accents.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
