About The Role

- Proven graphic and motion design experience, preferably with 3-6 years in a design studio or in-house team who can independently handle various aspects of video production.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), Blender, Figma and other relevant software.
- Excellent eye for detail, with a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead Design Projects: You can work on branding projects, marketing campaigns, and social media video collaterals. You have a strong grasp of visualizing data.
- Creative Direction: Shape the visual style and direction for various campaigns and marketing materials,



ensuring high-quality and on-brand designs across all touchpoints and platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Post Production and Content, to deeply understand project needs and craft compelling design solutions that support business goals and objectives.
- Design Execution: Take a hands-on approach to design work for both digital and print media, including websites, social media assets, email templates, branding, advertising, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure that all work is polished, on-brand, and meets high standards of quality and excellence before final delivery.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging design tools, and creative techniques to keep designs fresh, innovative, and aligned with current best practices in the field.
