Role Description This is a full time, on-site Graphic Designer/Video Editor role based in Bangalore Urban.

The Graphic

Designer/Video Editor will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing collaterals, presentations, and learning materials. The role involves designing logos and brand elements, developing layouts and typography, and ensuring consistent visual branding across all content. The professional will also plan, edit, and produce videos for promotional campaigns, training modules, and social media,



including basic motion graphics and sound integration. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with trainers and marketing teams, translating concepts into compelling designs, managing multiple projects within deadlines, and preparing files optimized for various platforms.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content for education and marketing.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining consistent visual identity across channels.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of layout, readability, and aesthetic presentation.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Ability to edit and produce videos for digital platforms, including basic motion graphics and audio integration.
- Portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing work, ideally in education, e-learning, or digital marketing contexts.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
