About the Role We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team. Whether you are an experienced professional, a beginner looking for your first big opportunity, or seeking part-time flexibility, we welcome your application!

You will learn to independently manage the end-to-end content creation process—from concept and visual design to video editing and final production—across major social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Content Creation: Brainstorm, design, edit, and produce compelling video and graphic content for social media, promotional campaigns, and brand marketing.
- Video Editing & Production: Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts), promos, and longer-form videos with attention to pacing, sound design, transitions, and motion graphics.
- Graphic Design: Create eye-catching social media posts, banners, YouTube thumbnails, ads, and visual assets.
- Platform Optimization: Format visual content specifically for YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Independent Execution: Gradually take ownership of projects from ideation to final delivery (with full guidance and training provided for beginners).

Requirements & Qualifications





- Software Knowledge (Required):
- Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Canva (for quick design assets and social media production)
- Language Proficiency (Mandatory):
- Fluent in Bangla, Hindi, and English (spoken/written) to handle multi-lingual content.
- Social Media Familiarity: Good understanding of YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram content formats, trends, and features.
- Open to Freshers & Part-Timers: Strong passion for design and video editing is essential—prior professional experience is a plus, but not mandatory!

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)

- Generative AI Tools: Basic awareness or experience with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, DALL-E) for content creation.
- Social Media Strategy: Understanding of social media engagement tactics and current content trends.
