Scope of Work

1. Social media posters and static creatives — Design posters, carousels, story creatives, profile assets and ad creatives for all company social media handles, ensuring accurate dimensions, consistent branding and proper export formats for each platform.
2. Content calendar delivery — Work to the approved monthly content calendar and deliver the agreed volume of creatives within the committed timeline.
3. Short-form video — Produce Reels, Shorts and videos, including hook framing, on-screen text, subtitles, sound design and trend-relevant treatments.
4. Long-form video — Produce videos such as explainers, product demos, customer testimonials, walkthroughs, event films and case studies, along with matching thumbnails.
5. 2D animation — Create 2D animated explainers, illustrated sequences, character or asset animation and kinetic typography from script to final render.
6. AI-generated video and design — Use AI tools for script-to-video, avatars and voiceovers, image-to-video, b-roll generation, background removal, upscaling and concept visuals — while checking every output for factual accuracy, brand fit and consitency
7. Motion graphics, editing and post-production — Build logo animations, intros and outros, lower thirds, transitions and animated infographics with a consistent motion language across brands. Handle footage editing, colour correction, audio cleanup, music and sound effects, and subtitling in English and Tamil where required.
8. Brand guidelines — Prepare and maintain a brand guideline document for each brand covering logo usage and clear space, colour palette, typography, iconography, photography and illustration style, motion and video style, do’s and don’ts, and ready-to-use templates.

Template and asset library — Build reusable templates for recurring formats and maintain an organised, clearly named and version-controlled library of all working and source files accessible to the team.
10. Print and offline collateral — Design brochures, flyers, standees, banners, signage, stickers, packaging, pitch decks and proposal documents as required.
11. Website, app and email visuals — Design website banners, landing page visuals, UI graphics, blog featured images, email creatives and app store assets in coordination with the web and product teams.

Broad expectations from the Graphic Designer & Video Editor a) Qualification — Any degree with a strong portfolio. b) Core software — Working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects, plus Canva and Figma.

c) AI tools — Practical, demonstrable experience with AI design and video tools for image generation, video generation, avatars, voiceovers and editing assistance.

d) Brand thinking — Ability to create brand guidelines from scratch, and the discipline to work within existing guidelines across multiple brands without diluting any of them.

e) Platform knowledge — Clear understanding of aspect ratios, secure zones, file size and format specifications, and what tends to perform on each social platform.

f) Design fundamentals — Strong sense of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy, with close attention to detail and clean, well-organised handoff files.

g) Portfolio — A portfolio or showreel is mandatory and should include social media creatives, at least one short-form video, one long-form video and one motion graphics sample. Any AI-assisted work should be identified as such.

Pay: ₹10,283.47 - ₹25,000.00 per month
