We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience to join our team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will transform raw footage into engaging, professional videos optimized for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, YouTube), website, and promotional campaigns.

You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce visually appealing videos that showcase our courses, student achievements, events, and brand stories.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for social media, advertisements, course promotions, testimonials, and event coverage.
- Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and longer-form content with strong storytelling, pacing, and visual appeal.
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement, sound design, transitions, text overlays, and basic motion graphics.
- Design and edit eye-catching thumbnails and video creatives.
- Collaborate with the team to understand project briefs, brand guidelines, and content calendars.
- Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, website) ensuring proper aspect ratios, lengths, and formats.
- Maintain organized project files, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality output consistently.




- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and social media best practices.
- Assist with basic graphic design tasks related to video content when required (preferred but not mandatory).

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in video editing (freshers with an outstanding portfolio are encouraged to apply).
- Solid proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory). Knowledge of After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Good understanding of video editing fundamentals: cutting, pacing, storytelling, color grading, audio mixing, and transitions.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms (especially Reels and Shorts).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take feedback positively and revise work accordingly.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop / Illustrator) is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and team collaboration ability.
- Any degree / diploma (preferably in media, multimedia, or related field). Passion and practical skills matter more than formal qualification.

Pay: ₹11,000.83 - ₹15,000.08 per month
