Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join an in-house creative design studio supporting global marketing and communications requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic design, video creation, creative concept development and brand communication, with experience working in an agency, in-house studio or media environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality graphic designs and video content based on business requirements.
- Adapt creative assets in line with established brand guidelines.
- Manage assigned design projects from concept through completion.
- Perform quality checks on all design and creative deliverables.
- Develop and present creative concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative creative ideas.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various functions.
- Work closely with Marketing, Events,



Press Relations and Internal Communications teams.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong understanding of graphic design and visual communication.
- Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Client-focused approach with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
- Experience in an agency, in-house creative studio or media environment preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- BFA / Graphic Design qualification would be an advantage.
- Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred.
