We are looking for a skilled and passionate Graphic Designer Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of graphic design tools and the ability to train students from beginner to advanced levels using real-world projects and industry examples.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions in Graphic Design.
- Teach students from basic to advanced concepts with hands-on exercises.
- Create and deliver training content, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Provide practical guidance on designing professional and industry-ready creatives.
- Explain design principles such as color theory, typography, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Train students on industry-standard design software and tools.
- Conduct practical projects based on real-time industry requirements.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students build professional portfolios and prepare for career opportunities.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry practices.
- Social media creatives
- UI/UX design fundamentals
- Typography and color theory
- Image editing and retouching
- Print and digital design
Advanced / Added Advantage
- Motion graphics knowledge using Adobe After Effects
- Video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro
- UI/UX design experience
- Experience with AI-powered design tools
- Knowledge of current digital marketing and social media design requirements
Candidate Requirements
- Solid practical experience in Graphic Design.
- Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, Design Trainer, Faculty, or Mentor is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Should be comfortable conducting live practical demonstrations.
- Strong portfolio showcasing professional design work.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Training Expectations The trainer should be able to take students from beginner to job-ready level, covering: Basics → Design Principles → Tools → Practical Projects → Advanced Design → Portfolio Development
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
