Graphic Designer cum Video Editor — The Proteinest
Location: Gurugram (on-site)
Type: Full-time
About The Proteinest The Proteinest is a D2C plant-based nutrition brand. We build products people come back for, and we grow on brand and retention rather than ad spend. Design and video are how the brand shows up everywhere, so this role sits close to everything we do.
The Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor who can take an idea and turn it into work that stops the scroll. One person who can design a sharp static one day and cut a reel the next, and who brings their own ideas rather than waiting for a brief.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can run with things. We will give you the direction and the context, not step-by-step instructions. If you think about the idea before the design, and you can own your work without hand-holding, you will do well here.
What You'll Own
- Design across all channels: social posts, ad creatives, website assets & campaign visuals.
- Edit and cut video for reels,
ads & founder content.
- Ideate content and creative directions, and bring ideas to the table on your own.
- Create genuinely scroll-stopping work, not just clean design.
- Keep everything consistent, so every asset looks like one brand.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Adobe (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- Prior experience designing for a B2C or nutrition brand.
- Strong ideation. You can think of the concept, not just execute someone else's.
- A real eye for brand, layout, type & detail.
- Self-driven. You can own your work and deliver without hand-holding.
- Comfortable working rapid and shipping often in a startup setup.
Nice to Have
- Motion graphics skills.
- A portfolio of work that performed, not just work that looks good.
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up your workflow.
