Company Description Superfan.ng (SPNG) is an edtech learning platform focused on African languages and cultural knowledge. The platform offers a gamified, quiz-first app that explores African proverbs, traditions, rites of passage, festivals, folklore, and customs.

Role Description The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets that support Superfan.ng’s app, marketing campaigns, and brand communications. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics for digital products, social media, and email, collaborating with product and content teams on UI elements and in-app visuals, and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.

The role involves developing concepts from brief to final deliverables, preparing files for various platforms, and iterating designs based on user and stakeholder feedback.



This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive communication, strong time management, and comfort working with distributed teams.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital products, marketing materials, and social media content.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Proficiency in Typography to create legible, expressive, and culturally resonant designs.
- Advanced use of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating digital design work, preferably including app or game-related visuals.
- Ability to translate cultural and educational concepts into transparent, engaging visuals.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to receive and incorporate feedback in an iterative design process.
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Interest in African languages, cultures, and storytelling is highly beneficial.
