Graphic Designer

Location: Mumbai | Experience: 2+ Years | Full-Time

We’re Looking For Someone With JAZBA.

Not someone who just knows Photoshop.

Not someone who simply follows a brief.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who has the jazba to think differently, challenge the obvious and create designs that make people stop and look.

What You’ll Do

- Think beyond templates, trends and predictable layouts.
- Turn briefs into fresh, original and impactful visual ideas.
- Develop creatives for digital, social media, print, outdoor, presentations, events and campaigns.
- Create campaign KVs, social creatives, brochures, presentations, hoardings, event branding and other communication materials.
- Explore different visual styles, compositions, typography, imagery and design approaches.
- Work closely with the creative team to take an idea from thought → concept → design → final execution.
- Adapt concepts across multiple formats without losing the core idea.
- Push yourself and the team to ask: “Can we make this better?”
- Deliver high-quality work even under tight deadlines.

The Person We Want

You should have:

- Jazba to think different.




- A naturally curious and creative mind.
- The courage to experiment and try something new.
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- An eye for design, typography, composition, colour and imagery.
- The ability to understand the idea behind the brief, not just execute instructions.
- A solid advertising/design portfolio that demonstrates original thinking.
- The hunger to keep improving your work.

Must Have
- Excellent command of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of InDesign.
- Understanding of digital and social media design formats.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.
- Advertising/agency experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Figma, After Effects and AI-assisted creative tools is an advantage.
