Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Mumbai, requiring prior experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare-related brands.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for print and digital channels, including marketing collaterals, social media graphics, product packaging, and promotional materials tailored to pharma audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing design concepts, collaborating with marketing and medical teams to ensure brand and regulatory alignment, and adapting complex medical information into clear, engaging visuals. The role involves maintaining consistent branding across campaigns,



refining typography and layout for accuracy and readability, and preparing production-ready files for vendors and digital platforms.

Qualifications

- Robust Graphic Design skills, including experience developing visual concepts and layouts for pharma or healthcare brands.
- Proficiency in Graphics and Logo Design for product lines, corporate identities, and campaign materials.
- Demonstrated ability in Branding, ensuring consistent brand guidelines and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Solid Typography skills, with attention to hierarchy, readability, and compliance with pharma communication standards.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing communication, medical terminology basics, and regulatory-sensitive design practices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant pharma or healthcare design projects.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
