We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can think creatively, understand briefs well and translate ideas into strong visual communication across brands and digital platforms.

The role requires someone who is comfortable working across multiple projects, can manage fast turnaround requirements and has a good understanding of both branding and social media design.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, presentations and other brand communication.
- Work on branding requirements including visual identities, brand collaterals, campaign creatives and marketing material.
- Understand creative briefs and convert them into relevant, visually strong design solutions.
- Develop social media posts, carousels, stories, campaign layouts and other digital assets.
- Work closely with content, social media, PR and account management teams.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Handle multiple brands and assignments simultaneously while meeting timelines.
- Adapt designs based on feedback without losing sight of the original communication objective.
- Explore and effectively use AI tools to improve ideation,



visualisation and design workflows.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats and evolving creative tools.

Skills Required

- Strong working knowledge of Figma
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Good command of Canva
- Comfortable using AI based creative and design tools
- Strong sense of layout, typography and visual hierarchy
- Ability to understand a brief and think beyond the obvious
- Good understanding of branding as well as social media design
- Ability to multitask and work across different industries and brand styles
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver within deadlines
- Open to feedback and comfortable working in a collaborative environment

What We Are Looking For Someone who is not simply valuable with design software, but can understand what a brand needs to communicate and find an interesting visual way to say it.

The ideal candidate should be curious, adaptable, creatively driven and comfortable working in a rapid paced agency environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
