Nerah Skin is a personal care brand built around one straightforward belief: skincare doesn’t need to be complicated to work.

Our ethos is to develop formulation-first, research-backed and honest skincare products. We care about what goes into our products, but also about how we communicate them from the smallest Instagram story to a product launch, campaign or carton sitting on a shelf.

We’re a young, growing brand, which means you won’t be working inside a tiny box. You’ll have a real opportunity to shape how Nerah Skin looks, feels and shows up in the world.

The Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring the Nerah Skin world to life visually.

Someone who understands that good design isn’t just about making something look pretty. It’s about creating a visual language, communicating an idea quickly and making people feel something.

You’ll work closely with the founder and creative team across social, campaigns, launches, packaging, website, retail and everything in between. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the work and wants to have a visible impact on a growing brand.

What You’ll Do

· Design across social media, campaigns, launches, website, email and digital platforms

· Translate creative ideas and brand stories into strong visual concepts

· Create everything from social posts and stories to campaign assets, product visuals and digital ads

· Work on packaging, inserts, retail assets and other brand touchpoints when needed

· Develop visual concepts,



moodboards and design directions—not just execute existing templates

· Help build and maintain consistency across brand’s visual identity

· Work closely with the founder, creative and marketing team to turn ideas into finished work

· Bring fresh visual references, ideas and cultural observations to the table

· Adapt designs across different formats while maintaining the core idea and visual language

· Occasionally get involved in shoots, content creation and art direction

· Be comfortable working quickly, iterating and figuring things out as we go

What We’re Looking For

· 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in beauty, skincare, fashion, lifestyle, D2C or consumer brands

· A strong portfolio that shows taste, concept and execution

· Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout and visual hierarchy

· Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or equivalent design tools

· Someone who understands social media and knows what makes a visual stop the scroll

· Strong attention to detail, you notice the 2-pixel things most people don’t

· Someone who can take a rough thought and turn it into a strong visual idea

· Curious about beauty, culture, design and how brands communicate





· Comfortable receiving feedback, asking questions and iterating quickly

· Organised enough to manage multiple projects without losing the details

· Most importantly: eye for details , curiosity and a point of view

What Would Make You Great at Nerah Skin

You don't need to know everything.

But you should be someone who:

· Has opinions about design

· Saves references obsessively

· Notices packaging when walking into a store

· Understands that minimal doesn't mean boring

· Can make something feel premium without making it feel inaccessible

· Is equally comfortable designing a beautiful campaign and fixing a tiny alignment issue

· Wants to build, not just execute

· Is excited by the idea of helping shape a brand while it is still being built
