Select Source International looking for a Graphic Designer who will play a key role in shaping how Jobmas brand, product, and ideas are communicated visually across digital and marketing channels. Youll create engaging, on-brand designs for social media, one-pagers, infographics, ad campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and other marketing and sales materials that resonate with our target audiences - including talent acquisition leaders, recruiters, HR teams, and enterprise organizations.

You should be comfortable exploring and incorporating AI-powered workflows and generative design tools into your workflow to work faster, experiment with new ideas, and elevate the quality of your output.

Location: Gurgaon / Noida (fully onsite)

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Shift: Night shift (both sides cab)

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging, on-brand designs for social media, ads, presentations, one-pagers, infographics, landing pages, and marketing/sales collateral.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to maintain consistent brand communication.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver quality work within deadlines.
- Use AI-powered design and generative tools to improve creativity and efficiency.
- Stay updated with design trends, AI tools,



and creative best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing and digital designs.
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Hands-on experience with AI generative design tools.
- SaaS, B2B, technology, or product-company experience preferred.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
