Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Raipur.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts and designs for marketing materials, product catalogs, packaging, presentations, social media assets, and digital campaigns that reflect Istaka’s brand and product aesthetics. Daily tasks include developing layouts, illustrations, and graphics; preparing print-ready and digital files; collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams; and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.



The role involves translating technical product details into engaging visual stories, supporting branding initiatives, and maintaining a design library of assets and templates.

The Graphic

Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, respond to feedback constructively, and manage multiple design projects within deadlines.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling, functional design solutions.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities across different channels.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an eye for hierarchy, legibility, and stylistic alignment with brand guidelines.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
- Portfolio demonstrating design work for print and digital media, ideally including product or architecture-related projects.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
