Role Description The Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts and designs for branding projects, marketing campaigns, social media content, and digital assets in line with client objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include developing logos and brand identities, designing collateral such as brochures, banners, and presentations, and preparing graphics for web, video, and performance marketing initiatives. The role involves collaborating closely with content creators, marketers, and project managers,



refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of all visual materials.

The Graphic

Designer will also contribute to creative brainstorming and help maintain a consistent visual style across all client touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create engaging visual content for digital and print media.
- Demonstrated skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop clear, cohesive brand identities and visual systems.
- Sound understanding of Typography and layout principles to produce readable, aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Experience working with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling capabilities, and willingness to receive and implement constructive feedback.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; agency experience is an advantage.
