Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer with strong expertise in Packaging Design, Motion Graphics and Video to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand design and packaging, along with hands-on experience creating engaging motion graphics, product videos and digital campaign assets.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging Design

- Lead packaging design for new product launches, new SKUs and product refreshes.
- Develop packaging concepts, layouts, key visuals and design systems.
- Design labels, cartons, bottles, jars and other packaging formats.
- Ensure packaging designs follow brand guidelines, print specifications and production requirements.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product and Brand teams on packaging development.
- Manage packaging adaptations across multiple SKUs and product variants.

Motion Graphics & Video
- Create motion graphics, animations, product videos and digital content.
- Develop creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, e-commerce platforms, product listings and digital ads.
- Create supers, transitions, visual effects and other motion elements.




- Convert static campaign concepts into engaging motion/video formats.
- Support creative ideation for product launches and marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics and Video Editing.

- Strong proficiency in

- Adobe Illustrator

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe After Effects

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of packaging design, typography, colour, layouts, print production and visual hierarchy.
- Strong visual storytelling and conceptualisation skills.
- Experience working with FMCG, D2C, Nutrition, Beauty, Wellness or Consumer brands will be preferred.
- Experience with AI-powered design and creative tools such as Magnific, ChatGPT, Nano Banana Pro, Higsfield, etc.
- Knowledge of Blender / 3D Design will be an added advantage.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating Packaging + Motion Graphics + Video work is mandatory.

- Solid creative and conceptual thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand consistency.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working across both print and digital design.
- Candidates with a combination of Packaging Design + Motion Graphics + Video Editing experience will be preferred.
