? We're Hiring: Graphic Design Team Lead | Ludhiana

Griffel is growing, and we're looking for a Graphic Design Team Lead to run our in-house design & print operations — someone equally sharp on creative and on the shop floor.

What you'll do:

? Manage the design team and our in-house production setup — stickers, DTF prints, and plotters

? Deliver fresh daily graphics for garments and packaging, in sync with production and merchandising timelines

? Create designs aligned with current trends and fast-moving streetwear demand

? Use AI design tools to speed up ideation and output without compromising quality

? Ensure print-ready files are accurate and production equipment runs smoothly with zero bottlenecks

? Keep visual consistency across Griffel and Griffel Kids lines





What we're looking for:

✅ Solid graphic design skills with hands-on print production experience (DTF, sticker printing, plotter cutting)

✅ Team management/leadership experience

✅ Comfortable working with AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) alongside Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW

✅ Ability to turn around daily design requirements without dropping quality

✅ Strong sense of ownership — this role runs both the creative and the production floor
