About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Motion Graphics Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while maintaining standard working hours.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design sense and proficiency in motion graphics and video editing. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for various digital platforms, including social media, marketing campaigns, and corporate presentations. Your creativity and technical skills will play a vital role in enhancing our brand presence and delivering compelling visual stories to our audience.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1+ year of skilled experience in motion graphics design and video editing. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is essential.

Candidates from reputed design institutes such as Arena Animation, MAAC, or similar are preferred; however, a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and creativity is more important than educational background. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in English, are required to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. A keen eye for design, attention to detail,



and the ability to work under tight deadlines are also crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and create high-quality motion graphics and visual effects for various digital content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards that align with project goals.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
