We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with strong expertise in graphic designing and video editing to join our Marketing/Creative Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing social media creatives, marketing collaterals, reels, promotional videos, and other digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create designs for social media posts, advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, standees, and marketing collaterals.

- Develop creative content for real estate projects, property launches, campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.

- Edit and enhance property photographs, project images, and other marketing visuals.

- Maintain consistency with company branding, fonts, colours, layouts, and visual guidelines.

- Create presentations, infographics, and other visual communication materials.

- Edit social media reels, promotional videos, property walkthroughs, project videos, interviews, and corporate videos.

- Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms.

- Add captions, text, transitions, music, voiceovers, effects, graphics, and basic animations.

- Edit raw footage and create professional videos as per campaign requirements.





- Resize and optimise videos according to different social media platforms.

- Create basic motion graphics and animated promotional content.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- 3-8 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.

- Good knowledge and practical experience in video editing.

- Experience in Real Estate / Advertising / Digital Marketing will be preferred.

- Solid portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing skills.
