Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts and designs for event collaterals, including logos, branding materials, stage backdrops, digital creatives, signage, and promotional assets. The role involves collaborating closely with event planners and the creative team to translate client objectives into visually compelling designs aligned with event themes. Daily responsibilities include developing design layouts, selecting typography, preparing graphics for print and digital channels, and revising materials based on stakeholder feedback.

Designer will also assist in maintaining brand consistency across all event-related materials and meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually cohesive concepts for events.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain consistent visual identities for clients and specific events.
- Knowledge of Typography and layout principles to produce clear, aesthetically balanced designs for print and digital assets.
- Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar tools).
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work, preferably in events or marketing.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and interpret client requirements.
- Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
