Role Description The Graphic Designer & Editor role at Ackres LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will create visual assets and branded materials for digital and print platforms, including marketing collateral, presentations, reports, and social media content. Daily responsibilities include designing layouts, infographics, and maps related to land projects, editing and refining visual content, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

The Graphic

Designer & Editor will collaborate closely with project, marketing, and consulting teams to translate complex land and development information into clear,



engaging visuals and well-edited documents. The role also involves managing multiple design requests, preparing files for print or digital distribution, and maintaining an organized asset library.

Qualifications

- Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency with tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, or equivalent design software.
- Experience in layout design and document editing, including the ability to refine text, visuals, and formatting for reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Ability to create visual content for marketing and communications, such as brochures, social media graphics, and project showcases.
- Understanding of branding principles and ability to maintain consistent visual identity across all materials.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site in Bengaluru.
- Experience or interest in real estate, land development, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
