About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for Bytez Corp and its diverse client portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, creativity, typography, colour combinations, and visual storytelling.

You will work closely with the marketing, content, and video teams to develop creative designs that strengthen brand identity and support digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, posters, brochures, and other marketing creatives.
- Create visually appealing graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative designs according to different client brand guidelines and requirements.
- Create promotional creatives for digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Design website banners, marketing materials, presentations, and other brand communication assets.




- Work closely with the digital marketing and content teams to understand campaign objectives and create relevant visuals.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various social media and advertising platforms.
- Maintain consistency in brand colours, typography, layouts, and visual identity.
- Create creative concepts and design variations for campaigns and advertisements.
- Make revisions based on client or internal team feedback.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.
- Stay updated with current graphic design trends, social media design styles, and visual marketing trends.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Graphic Design principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of Canva.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create attractive social media and advertising creatives.
- Good understanding of different social media image sizes and formats.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert ideas into visual designs.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.




- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.
- Good time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.

Preferred Skills – Not Mandatory

- Experience in a digital marketing or branding agency.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
- Experience designing creatives for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of branding and visual identity design.
- Experience creating reels, thumbnails, and short-form social media content.
- Familiarity with AI-based design and creative tools.

Portfolio Requirement Candidates should have a portfolio of previous design work. This can include social media creatives, advertisements, branding projects, posters, brochures, or other relevant design work.
