**About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 0-6 months of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics and a passion for creating visually engaging content for events, social media, and brand communication.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Design event-related creatives including event posters, invitations, backdrops, standees, event branding
- materials, and stage designs.
- Create digital assets for social media campaigns, emailers, and website banners.
- Assist in conceptualizing event themes, visual identities, and brand guidelines for projects.
- Develop layouts, illustrations, and graphic elements as per event requirements.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Work closely with the event, marketing, and production teams to understand project requirements and
- deliver creatives on time.
- Adapt and revise existing creatives based on client feedback.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets. **Skills Competencies:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop,



InDesign (knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.

- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience, preferably in the event management or creative industry.
