Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Arohance – Tech & Marketing is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru South.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, website elements, and campaign visuals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand-aligned concepts, designing logos, refining typography, and producing layouts that support marketing and product goals. The role involves collaborating closely with developers, marketers, and content teams, adapting designs for various platforms,



and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.

The Graphic

Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, interpret creative briefs, and prepare files for production and delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for digital and print channels.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability in different formats.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma or similar).
- Ability to translate briefs into clear visual concepts and work within established brand guidelines.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across branding, digital assets, and marketing materials.
