Role Description The Graphic Designer and Video Editor role at CareerBloc is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The role involves designing graphics and visual assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, marketing materials, presentations, and educational content. The team member will create and refine logos, develop branding elements, and produce visually consistent designs aligned with CareerBloc’s brand identity.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and content teams, planning and editing videos, adding motion graphics and visual effects, and ensuring cohesive visual storytelling across platforms.



The role also requires managing multiple design and video projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually engaging and professional layouts.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing brand identities and consistent visual systems.
- Solid understanding of Typography, with the ability to select and apply typefaces that enhance readability and design impact.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and video software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent tools).
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work, preferably for digital marketing or educational content.
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and capacity to follow brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
