Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for creating visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media creatives, display ads, website graphics, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines.

The specialist will develop logos and branding elements, design layouts for web and print,



and collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate campaign concepts into compelling designs. Daily tasks include image editing, optimizing graphics for different platforms, preparing files for production, and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all projects. The role involves participating in brainstorming sessions, managing multiple design requests, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing for optimizing visuals across various platforms.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) is beneficial.
