At Scaling Wolves, we work with D2C and eCommerce brands where creatives play a direct role in growth. From Meta ads and product creatives to landing pages and social media, you'll get to understand how design and marketing work together.

This is not an internship where you'll only be asked to resize creatives or make random social media posts.

You'll get to work on real brands, real campaigns, and learn how performance creatives are actually built.

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting in designing ad creatives and digital assets for D2C & eCommerce brands

Creating static ads, carousels, social media posts, banners, and campaign creatives

Supporting the team with creative variations for testing across Meta and other platforms

Working with media buyers and strategists to understand what makes a creative perform

Learning how to use hooks, offers, messaging, and visual hierarchy in ad creatives

Assisting with basic motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form creative assets

Researching competitor ads, design trends, and creative references

Maintaining organised design files and brand asset libraries

Participating in brainstorming sessions and bringing your own ideas to the table

This Role Is Great For Someone Who

Has a strong interest in graphic design, advertising,



and digital marketing

Has basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Has a good eye for design, typography, composition, and visual storytelling

Is curious about why some ads perform better than others

Is comfortable taking feedback and improving quickly

Enjoys experimenting with different design styles

Learns rapid and can work in a fast-paced workplace

Bonus Points If You Know

Adobe After Effects

Adobe Premiere Pro

Canva or Figma

Basic motion graphics

Social media and performance marketing trends

Freshers are welcome.

We care more about your portfolio, creative thinking, curiosity, and willingness to learn than years of experience.
